Tool and broach design is the heritage of Lovitt Technologies Australia. We have been designing, manufacturing and reservicing tools and broaches for over 50 years, including:

broaches: specialist internal (spline (straight / involute), serration, round, D-shape, keyway, square, rectangle, hexagon, pot), surface (flat, serrated, slot, contour), push / pull and inserts. tooling: punches and dies, forming rolls, shafts and guides, kneading blocks, carbide die rings, slitting knives, barrel sections, screw elements, granulators and seaming chucks.

Our design team have successfully completed many broaching installations. We work closely with our customers to implement a solution which meets design objectives. Our broaching experience, together with CAD capabilities and CNC machinery, ensures designs are produced to the highest standard of quality, efficiency and tool life.
